Scarce type with an interesting celator's error, with the letter "I" in MAKREINOS added in the die to the side of legend, obviously having been missed the first time around. However, the true attraction of this specimen is the stunning obverse portrait of sharp detail and a fine, almost verist style reminiscent of the Flavian era.
