A denarius from the final period of Trajan's coinage, once he assumed the title "Parthicus" following his victories over this eastern foe (114-5). Reverse types with this title spelled out are rare (unfortunately off the flan in this case), and this is the more affordable one compared to the elusive "Sol" issue.
