The first and most notable in Hadrian's famous "travel" series coins, commemorating his visits to numerous provinces of the Empire meant to "restore" them through extensive reforms (and hence "Restitutor" - which he actually was). This one refers to the reforms made in Gaul ca. 121 AD, and is symbolized by Hadrian raising a kneeling personification of Gallia.
