Rev: Coiled bearded serpent r., Greek legend FILETA[IROU], monogram in field.

Bronze issues of Pergamene kings are hard to attribute to specific monarchs, as they all (modestly enough) refer by name simply to the dynasty's founder. Interesting reverse, in line with the widespread Asklepian cult at Pergamon.
