Rev: Victory with wreath left, standing on globe, Greek legend TOM - EI / TO - N (last letter retrograde)

Interesting variant with a couple of misspellings in legends of a distinct though not barbaric style. Also interesting provincial variation on the characteristic effigy of this emperor whose colonial coinage was of quite limited output.
