Very nicely preserved specimen of a rare and possibly unpublished coin. The devices and legends are clear - both in terms of the reigning emperor, as well as the reverse, where the NEIKO is indeed te indication of one of the several cities of Nikopolis, and the attributes and DEMET legend clearly inicate the harvest goddess, but nothing of this sort matches the consulted references.
