Attribution conjectural, as the reverse combines elements of two types associated with Andronikos II, and the problem is further exacerbated by the lack of a visible legend (should be to the left of emperor) and the double-striking (possibly overstrike?) in the right field of reverse, rendering the globus cruciger at an angle.
